How to download your FREE Ebook...

'Introduction to Home Education' by Beverley Paine

Can you believe it's a dozen years since I first wrote and published "Getting Started with Homeschooling Practical Considerations for Parents of School Aged Children"? I remember collecting all my thoughts and ideas together in early 1995, wondering if I'd taken on too much, thinking that I had to be crazy trying to write a book while homeschooling my three children. But that's me - crazy! I wouldn't be any other way, and I've proven that time and again with about 40 homeschooling titles published since 1997!

Right now you're probably be asking, "Why is Beverley - a successful homeschooling mum and author - giving away a free 20 page ebook called 'Introduction to Home Education?'

It has to be worth something, right? Well, it is, and that something is priceless!

Your attention.

That's right - your attention is priceless to me. As you read through your free 20 page e-book, full of information about why home education is successful and why thousands of Australian families are choosing to teach their children at home, I will also be telling you a bit about myself, what I do, and why I think I can help you achieve the wonderful kind of family experiences we've enjoyed over the past three decades.

What's in the free ebook 'Introduction to Home Education'? Why not download it and find out for yourself! I've included my research summaries on the reasons, characteristics and outcomes of home education, as well as some tips on getting started and other practical and useful information. It's not a complete manual on how to get started - you'll find information on how to write and evaluate learning programs and how to set up your learning environment in my 132 page book Getting Started with Homeschooling as well as my other titles (click on the menu to the right)!

To recieve your FREE ebook, please click on the button below. It will take you to your Always Learning Books shopping cart. If you do not wish to purchase anything simply proceed to 'checkout' to complete the transaction. You will not be charged a thing!

photo of Beverley and Robin PainePioneering members of the home education movement in Australia, Beverley and Robin Paine are passionate advocates of true educational choice for families. They began homeschooling their children in 1986 and three years later started the South Australian Home Based Learners network.
Beverley wrote Getting Started with Homeschooling in 1995-97 and since then continues to write books and booklets on home education. She balances spending time helping home educators with working in her garden and renovating her home, as well as continuing to build her collection of writing on a variety of homeschooling subjects. Beverley maintains an extensive collection of websites as well as several Yahoo groups supporting families teaching their children at home. In 2007 Beverley joined the HEA and became a committee member in 2008: she also edits and produce the HEA Newsletter, HEA magazine, Stepping Stones for Home Educators, annual Resource Directory and other HEA publications.
